Synopsis: [From Lubin promotional materials] “Proclaim Liberty throughout the Land and the Inhabitants thereof” is engraved on this priceless old relic. It is housed in the Cradle of Liberty, the old State House in Philadelphia, where thousands look on it daily with love and veneration. This bell, which tolled more than a century ago, was on exhibition at the Charleston Exhibition and was one of the principal features there. On its return to Philadelphia the bell was paraded through the principal streets, and an excellent moving picture taken of the procession, care being taken to get the bell, which was accomplished. A very fine film.
